How to get MY HOME credit

Here are the steps you need to take to get credit:

  1. You provide us with the necessary documents for the analysis,
    and we check if you meet the conditions for the requested amount
  2. Submit all documents, receive the document "European standard information on consumer credit"
    and sign the credit application
  3. You pay the appraisal fee, and an external appraiser, approved by the bank,
    will appraise the property you want to pledge
  4. We inform you if the loan has been approved,
    and after the credit is approved, you sign the credit agreement, the guarantee contracts and conclude the insurance policies
  5. We make your money available in your current account,
